Who we are

Carin Bicelis is not only a professional in immigration document preparation—she is also an immigrant who has gone through the process herself. Like many of our clients, she experienced firsthand how confusing, stressful, and overwhelming immigration paperwork can be, and how small mistakes or missing details can cause serious delays.

That personal journey led Carin to seek work in the immigration field, where she spent years working alongside immigration attorneys and legal teams, preparing and organizing cases, forms, and supporting documents. Through that experience, she gained a deep understanding of how the process really works behind the scenes—and an important insight: much of the work people pay for is done by trained professionals and paralegals under attorney supervision, and many applications can be filed by individuals themselves if they are completed correctly.

Carin saw that what most people truly need is clear guidance, accurate preparation, and professional support with their documents. That realization inspired her to launch Immigration Services Solutions: to make professional document preparation more accessible and affordable for the immigrant community.

We help clients prepare their forms, organize their paperwork, and submit their applications with confidence. And when a case does require an attorney, we can help connect clients with one—often with much of the preparation already completed, still saving you time and money.

This combination of personal experience, years of hands-on work in the field, and a passion for helping others navigate the system is what drives our mission: to make immigration paperwork clearer, simpler, and more accessible for everyone.
